Sus declaraciones se dieron desde Arequipa, en el marco del \u201cI Encuentro Nacional de Equipos Multidisciplinarios\u201d sobre justicia de familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Tello reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con el fortalecimiento de la justicia de familia, basada en la <strong>protecci\u00f3n integral de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes<\/strong>, as\u00ed como en la <strong>perspectiva de g\u00e9nero<\/strong> y un enfoque interseccional. \u201cNuestro objetivo es construir un sistema de justicia centrado en la dignidad humana y que transforme vidas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3, subrayando la importancia de un enfoque humano en la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La magistrada destac\u00f3 el rol del <strong>Programa Presupuestal 0067<\/strong>, liderado por el juez Johnny C\u00e1ceres Valencia, el cual busca agilizar los procesos judiciales en materia de familia. Asegur\u00f3 que esta especialidad, hist\u00f3ricamente relegada, debe ocupar un lugar prioritario en la administraci\u00f3n de justicia y ser reconocida por su impacto directo en el bienestar social. &#8220;Ha sido ignorada e invisibilizada por a\u00f1os&#8221;, lament\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Tello Gilardi valor\u00f3 el trabajo de los <strong>equipos multidisciplinarios<\/strong> que apoyan a los juzgados de familia, conformados por profesionales como psic\u00f3logos, trabajadores sociales y m\u00e9dicos.
